Ficus Elastica Ruby
The Ruby Rubber Tree is an unusual tree native to the tropics of Southeast Asia. The Ruby cultivar is a Variegated version of Ficus Burgundy where instead of white variegation, the leaves are streaked from pinkish cream to coral pink. With its oversized oval leaves with rich hues, the plant can grow up to 100 feet tall in its natural habitat. The plant must be situated in acidic and moist but well-drained soil as well as partial shade.
