I ordered this arrangement for my friend’s 50th birthday. First I was surprised that there was no place for me to add a message. So I followed up with an email to customer service to add the message. I even called them and was assured that a card with the message would be included in the delivery.
When I checked in with my friend later in the day, I found that she had no idea who had sent her the flowers. When she shared a photo of the arrangement, while pretty, it was clearly different looking that the product advertised on the website.
Disappointed in the poor quality of operations.
