You can subscribe to have flowers, plants and succulents delivered to you weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Note that you will be charged upfront for the period that you select.

We charge a flat-rate fee of ₹150 for all orders as we are investing heavily in the right delivery solutions to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

Our website is currently set up where you can only enter one address at a time.

If you’d like to send to multiple recipients at different addresses, or if you’d like to include multiple messages for your recipients (such as a business delivery for Women’s Day, etc.), you will need to place a separate order for each recipient. This way, each arrangement/recipient has an order number and tracking number.

We get all our flowers fresh every day, so it’s tough to know the exact varieties and colours we’ll be using. While we can’t promise specific flowers in an arrangement, we do promise what will be delivered will be beautiful!

We can only process India-based credit and debit card purchases with an Indian billing address on our website. Although, we do have some customers that are able to pay through PayPal with their international cards and they are successful most of the time.

We are working on accepting international cards for the future.

We are now offering gift cards that you may purchase, which can be a perfect gift for the occasion and do not have an expiration date!

Gift cards are currently available in denominations of ₹500, ₹1000, ₹2000 and ₹5000. Gift cards can be used to purchase Farmerr bouquets, flowers, plants, and more.

Yes, you can. Please write to us at hello@farmerr.in with the following information:

We’re so sorry to hear that. Order confirmation emails are sent directly from Farmerr as well as your initial tracking confirmation email.

  1. 1. To avoid repeat Spam issues, we recommend adding support@farmerr.in to your Contact List. This way your messages shouldn’t be spammed moving forward.
  2. 2. You can find your tracking number in ‘My Account’ under ‘Orders’ if you have a Farmerr customer account with us. If you haven’t signed up for a Farmerr account, you can do so by clicking ‘Sign In’ and then ‘Start Here’ via our shop page.
  3. 3. If you placed your order with a Gmail account, check the Promotions/Spam tab in your inbox.
If you still haven’t found the confirmation email, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly or the order did not go through. We will be glad to check on this for you and provide you with proper confirmation.

During peak seasons we will not be able to make any item modifications (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Diwali, Christmas, etc.)

Due to stock levels, processing times, and the necessary prep-work required to get your order to our shipping partners on time, we may not always be able to update orders after you have placed them. To expedite this request, please reach out to our Customer Service team via hello@farmerr.in or call us at +91 63663 56363. Please provide us with your order number and the new items you’d like included with delivery and we’ll be happy to see if we can make it happen.

Shipping & Returns

Farmerr uses different shipping partners depending on location, delivery, date, and availability.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship fresh flowers outside Bengaluru. We hope to be able to get it to everyone very soon!

When we generate your tracking number, it will trigger an email. If you don’t see the tracking number in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder just in case it landed there. You’ll be able to identify which shipping method we’re using to deliver your order once you open that email. Please note that the shipping scans are not always accurate or timely.

We do not offer any refunds/exchanges as we deal in perishable goods. However, we do make exceptions in case you:

  1. 1. Don’t receive the products within the promised delivery time
  2. 2. Received a damaged product

We receive the right to:

  1. 1. To request product identification
  2. 2. To determine if the product has been damaged, abused, or used

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product; otherwise, we will be unable to address your concerns due to the perishable nature of the products.
The amount will be refunded/reimbursed to the same instrument used to transact on Farmerr. The amount will be refunded to your account within 7 - 10 business days, as per standard banking practices.
