What is had ordered was a beauty and what I received was a horror story. The delivery guy had strapped the flowers as they were a gunny bag of potatoes. Farmerr doesn't have proper logistics and customer care team. When I called up to complain and ask for refund they said they don't refund and the representative was trying to cover up the error as minor glitch which is happening due to their new setup. Don't offer services if you cannot cater the same.
