While I don't like to say the whole brand/product is bad, I had a very disappointing experience with my subscription. The first order came on schedule, after which the second one did not. But at least it came. I'd asked for a fortnightly delivery but received it back-to-back. Then it was on track again for one set, after which I didn't receive any flowers for a month. This, coupled with poor quality flowers, drove me to cancel the subscription. And customer service albeit very slow to respond, did eventually cancel it, and gave me 50% refund for the remainder of the subscription.
