Poor customer service. My order was incomplete and no replies to my email

Fresh flowers but not like the picture

The bouquet has a combination of dhalias, eucalyptus leaves and some green fillers. The eucalyptus was missing, not even 1 stem and the filler lasted for 1 day. The dhalias lasted a week. Felt over priced for the offering
